Roast the Garlic:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the tops off the garlic heads to expose the cloves.
- Place the garlic heads on a piece of foil, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap them in the foil.
- Roast in the oven for about 30-40 minutes or until the garlic cloves are soft and golden. Let them cool.
