Jennifer Lopez's Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Lopez starts her day with lemon water, like Meghan Markle. Lemons include vitamin C, which promotes healthy skin and digestion.

Jennifer is known to start her day with a protein drink. "Everything is fresh," Anderson added. "Nothing processed—just protein powder in a shake." J.Lo's morning protein smoothies contain strawberries, blueberries, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, honey, additional lemon juice, and Body Lab protein powder, People reports.

"By lunchtime, I'm starving," J.Lo told Us Weekly. She typically eats kale salad with pumpkin seeds, crumbled queso, and shallots in olive oil and lemon juice, which she told People.

A-Rod posted a photo of their huge lunch salad on day three of their 10-day detox diet: hard-boiled eggs, cucumbers, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, ground turkey, and Brussels sprouts.

Jennifer told Us Weekly she prefers to have supper with her kids about 6:30 when she can. Lean protein, greens, and quinoa or sweet potatoes are typical. "It feels like rice and beans, which I grew up with," she remarked of quinoa.

She "stays away from processed foods and gets her nutrients from whole sources," Romero told US Weekly. Her major proteins are white flesh turkey, chicken breast, and grass-fed beef. She said, "I like pork and chicken–especially Puerto Rican style!"

Jennifer, a busy mother of two and multi-hyphenate celebrity, always has a healthy snack for noon hunger. As a busy person, "I always like to have healthier snack options like fruits or vegetables with me," the Hustlers actor told People.
