Brad Pitt Cut This Habit for Good To Feel Great at 58

"I consider myself on my last leg," he told GQ. Pitt looks unprepared for retirement. Quite the opposite, with his beautiful complexion, sleek hair, and fit figure. How could we forget his muscles in The Lost City, his latest film?

Pitt must be hiding something to appear that nice at 58. We already knew the celebrity doesn't drink. A-lister joined Alcoholics Anonymous to stay clean after parting from Angelina Jolie in 2016.

Studies showed that quitting alcohol improves sleep, weight reduction, mood, and productivity. Pitt's 2020 National Board of Review Awards acceptance speech said he was happy than ever since quitting his habit.

Pitt is sober, although he quit smoking during the epidemic. "I'm just at the age when nothing good comes from it," he told GQ. The celebrity tried cutting back on smokes but quit. "I can't do one or two a day," he says. "Not in my makeup. "I'm in," he told GQ.

Pitt no longer smokes with his coffee in the morning. Eat This, Not That! revealed that stopping smoking is a top longevity strategy. Heart disease, bronchitis, asthma, tooth decay, wrinkles, and cancer are all linked to smoking.
