6 Exercise Habits to Change Before Summer, Says Trainer and Former California Firefighter

No matter your summer fitness questions, you need to change up your workout. Your doctor should answer questions about nutrition, fitness, medications, and lifestyle. Meanwhile, here are some summer workout modifications to make you feel great all season.

1. Hydrate

Longer sunlight hours and higher temperatures mean your body sheds more water, especially when you exercise. Neglecting proper hydration before or during a workout can strain your body and cause weariness, confusion, heat exhaustion, and heat stroke.
