The 30-year-old Paige Spiranac is getting ready to add children's book author to her list of accomplishments, in addition to her work as a golf instructor, content developer, and former SI Swimsuit model.

On Wednesday, Spiranac posted on her Instagram story the joyful news about her upcoming book, Hattie Goes Golfing, which she co-wrote with her sister, Lexie Mitchell.

She announced, "I have some really big, exciting news that I've been dying to share with you guys for a very long time and I can finally share this with you guys." We've wanted to write a children's book for a very long time, so my sister and I did it.

Pre-orders for the book, which has illustrations by Mai Kemble, are being accepted now. Back Nine Press will publish it in November.

"As you guys know, I've talked about this, I haven't always felt accepted in the golf community and the golf industry, and we kind of wanted to share that story.

I owe everything that I've ever done to golf, so this is my way to give back, and so I think that it's for everyone, you're going to enjoy it, but especially for your kids," Spiranac said. "Three to nine is kind of like the target age that we're going for, but once again, it's for everyone."

The message of Hattie Goes Golfing is that everybody should be welcomed on the golf course and that golfing is for everyone. The cost of a signed copy of the book is $39.99.
